Refund and Returns Policy

1. Unwanted /unused items/ordered incorrectly

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    2. Receipt and proof of purchase needs to be quoted
    3. Items to be returned must be confirmed with code number.
    4. Reason for return to be stated.

2. Shipping Errors

If you receive an item by mistake, we do apologise.

3. Faulty products

If the product is deemed faulty and is within its warranty period , you may proceed in contacting our office the after sales service team 1800 809 143 to discuss and make a claim.

  • Check the warranty terms and conditions for the product you purchased.
  • process to apply for warranty claim:

    2. Receipt and proof of purchase of item needs to be quoted.
    3. Faulty item code number must be confirmed.
